A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 25 years of experience, Bradley leads the Front of House and operations at House of Eve. His time with Tutta Bella and John Howie refined his intuitive sense for service, leadership, and the guest experience.
Known for his precision and warmth, Bradley ensures every detail reflects the care and excellence our space is built on.
Mikayla Benedict

Known for her beloved South Lake Union coffee shop, EVOKE, located in the 9th & Thomas building, Mikayla is one of Seattle’s youngest restaurateurs. And launched her first café at just 19 years old.
Eight years later, her passion for people, design, and hospitality has evolved into something larger: House of Eve. Meet the team behind her growing vision.
Chef Jerard Macalma
Executive Chef
With over a decade of culinary experience, Jerard leads our Back of House with skill, creativity, and care. His journey began in the corporate kitchens of JOEY Restaurant Group, later honing his craft under Chef Jordan Cooper and Chef Jamie Casady at Kirkland’s acclaimed DERU Market and Little Brother. He brings a rare blend of knowledge, humility, passion, and play to every dish that leaves our kitchen.

We’re extremely passionate about providing you the freshest and most local ingredients that we can find.
Over 75% of our menu comes directly from Washington farmers and purveyors, and with each season we are working hard to increase that number even higher.
“What about your wine and spirits?”
Being female founded, we are incredibly aware of the lack of representation we as women have in this industry. Therefore, we are actively searching, sipping, and selecting a rotational list of Woman-Owned, Person of Color, and LGBTQ-Owned wines and spirits.
