House of Eve Opens It’s Home for New Year’s Eve in the Heart of South Lake Union

Seattle, WA - December 11, 2023 - Prepare for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve, as Mikayla Benedict, the founder of Evoke Cafe Bar, introduces HOUSE of EVE, a sultry garden escape at the intersection of 8th Ave and Blanchard St in the bustling heart of South Lake Union.

Designed by the artistic brilliance of Mutuus Studio, skillfully constructed by GMD Custom, and brand curated by Hannah Swan. House of Eve glows like a warm cave on the corner,  covered in luscious greenery with a shining pathway leading to the bar.

“We wanted the brand to stand even more prominently in its place as a female-founded establishment. The space narrates feelings of strength, boldness, seduction, and femininity with the black quartz counters and exposed cement walls in contrast to the plush, velvet furniture and custom mural piece lit by candlelight.” - Swan

Tirzah Kauffman, General Manager, lends her Front of House expertise to orchestrate an authentic and welcoming dining experience. At the bar, McKenzie Nelson leads a team devoted to elevating libations, including a variety of Evoke coffee-based cocktails that reflect the brand’s roots. Displaying his own talents for the first time, Executive Chef Jerard Macalma, debuts a menu that blends the familiarity of home with offerings from some of Washington's finest local purveyors.

Macalma states that “I am not trying to be the best in the world, I am just trying to be better than who I was yesterday.”

Ironically, the grand opening is set to take place on New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2023, and promises an evening unlike any other. Guests will be seated through a 5-course dinner, including oysters, caviar, salad, pasta, entrees, and a sublime dessert finale. Each seating, accompanied by a curated selection of Champagne and complimentary cocktails, guarantees a warm celebration.Secure your place at this culinary spectacle by obtaining tickets online at www.houseofeve.com/tickets

Starting January 2nd, 2024, House of Eve welcomes the public to savor brunch, happy hour, and dinner service Tuesday through Sunday. Yes, brunch, even on Tuesday. The stunning space is also available for events, buyouts, and parties that can be booked in advance.
